Script Runner can run the shell script or command in a terminal emulator built-in. (Recommended the rooted device. You can use the “Android Terminal Emulator” instead.)

Direct-dial add-on:
Add CALL_PHONE permission.
“Direct dial” shortcut makes one-click dial.
